The front circle lawn is available for ceremonies, recitals, teas, small fairs and sales, rehearsal dinners, and photo shoots—framed by the tetrastyle Doric portico and the long, tree-lined drive.

The Garden & Pool
An enchanting ceremony site centered around the garden fountain and pool—for decorative ambiance only, not swimming—framed by mature magnolia trees and designed landscapes dating to the 1920s.

Interior Rooms
The living room, dining room, and entry hall with its signature elliptical arch offer intimate spaces for cocktail hours, bridal prep, and smaller gatherings. The house can be divided into halves for separate wedding party use via curtained separation, with restrooms at each end. The back porch provides additional gathering space.

The Rear Lawn
The expansive rear lawn accommodates elegant tented receptions of any size—there is no tent size limit. A concrete pad is available for the dance floor, and the open lawn allows flexible layout for larger celebrations.

The Kitchen House
The original 1817 brick kitchen building with its original chimney and two bake ovens is a remarkable piece of living history. It is not currently available for events.
